EDC7043 - Saibhreas agus Cruinneas na Gaeilge / Eloquence and Accuracy in Irish is a two day course that focuses on accuracy in spoken and written Irish. This popular module provides enjoyable, interactive professional development to support teachers committed to working in the Irish-medium sector. It can be taken as a stand-alone module or contribute to the award of Master of Irish and Irish-medium Education.
A number of bursaries are available for this course, funded by the Department of Education.

Irish
Language Course for Classroom Assistants and Ancillary Staff in
Irish-medium Schools
15 March and 20 March 2013 (9:30am - 3:30pm)
An important development in Irish-medium provision at St Mary’s
is the Irish Language Course for Classroom Assistants and Ancillary
Staff. We are very pleased to be able to contribute to the professional
development of staff who are working in an Irish medium environment.
This course has been designed for Classroom Assistants and ancillary
staff working in other areas, e.g. administration and catering.
The funded course will be offered at three levels of competence
in Irish – beginner, intermediate and advanced.
