Application to the M-Level Programmes

Awards

Awards available at M-Level are:

• Master of Education (MEd)
• Diploma in Advanced Studies in Education (DASE)
• Advanced Certificate in Education (AdvCertEd)

Entry Requirements

Candidates for admission to the M-Level programme should normally hold either:

1. Qualified teacher status and an honours degree or equivalent qualification or
2. An honours degree or equivalent qualification with at least two years professional experience in an educational, training or professionally related context.

Fees

Students wishing to complete a course do so on a self funding basis though financial support may be sought from a Board of Governors. In the academic year 2012-2013 the following fees will apply:

• Bridging application £ 48.00 *
• Bridging fee £ 190.00 *
• Module (10-credit points) £ 205.00 *
• Module (20-credit points) £ 410.00 *
• Module (30-credit points) £ 615.00 *
• Dissertation module (60-credit points) £1,230.00 *

* Please note that at the time of publication these fees are provisional.
