The undergraduate application form is available in four electronic
formats.
The preferred version is the online
form. Alternatively, you should fill in the Word 2000 version
if possible.
If you do not have Word 2000 or above and have a word processor
that can work with RTF, use the RTF version.
Failing that, you must print out the PDF, fill it in and return
it by post.
It will be helpful if you can supply your school code on your
