St Mary’s Students’ Union continue their wellbeing initiative "Motivation Monday".

With your wellbeing being our priority, 'Motivation Mondays' is going to be your new thing this year....


• A two-hour wellness block every Monday, made up of a group workout video and an hour of yoga.


• For body:
  • increased core strength and flexibility
  • body detoxification
  • pain and tension relief
  • improved posture
  • improved digestion and circulation
  • increased immunity
• For mind:
  • neutralized stress
  • increased confidence
  • improved concentration, intuition and mental awareness
  • unlocked energy flow
  • improved memory
  • focus on the present
  • Every Monday in the sports hall
  • Video at 5:15 – 6:00 pm
  • Yoga at 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Important stuff to know!
  • Motivation Mondays is for EVERYONE: women, men, first-timers, sports enthusiasts, health enthusiasts, everyone!
  • The workout is video led, the yoga is led by a trained instructor
  • Cost is £2 for one session, £3 for both sessions
  • Focus on the present
  • You will need a yoga mat - TK Maxx is a good place to go for these!
  • Wear any sort of sports/gym gear.
