The St Mary’s University College community recently extended a warm welcome to Bishop Alan McGuckian SJ on a visit to the campus.

Bishop Alan, who is now the Senior Trustee and Chairperson of the Governing Body, was accompanied on a walking tour of the campus by Principal Professor Peter Finn. During his visit, he chatted with students and staff around the building, including a meet-and-greet session at the Students’ Union Office.  Bishop Alan was particularly impressed by the new Cardinal Newman Library.
