Chinese Banquet
Three St Mary’s Lecturers were delighted to be invited to lunch this past Saturday (the 26th of October) by our two visiting students from Prospect College in China, Kevin and Madge. The two students prepared and served up a fabulous banquet in their student accommodation – all based around the traditional Chinese cuisine known as ‘Chongqing Hot Pot’. Madge and Kevin did an incredible job bringing a bit of Chinese culture into the heart of Belfast. St Mary’s looks forward to sending some of our students to China in the coming year to experience Chinese culture and the Liberal Arts teaching done by the wonderful staff of Prospect College.
