The vitality of student life at St Mary’s University College continues to shine through the enthusiasm and dedication shown by our students in recent inter-university sporting events. Over the past few months, many of our teams have represented the College with pride, energy, and sportsmanship.

The Saphara Newcomer Welcome Event returned to St Mary’s University College, Belfast from 23–25 March, bringing together primary school children from disadvantaged communities with student teachers to celebrate culture, creativity and belonging in today’s diverse classrooms.

St Mary’s University College is currently celebrating its 125th anniversary through a series of events which tell the story of the events and people who have shaped the institution. There was a special alumni and family’s event at St Mary’s on 26 March which occasioned the telling of stories of ‘our people’ over a period of ten decades.
