Research-Informed Teaching
Each of the educational programmes at St Mary’s involves research-informed teaching. This is a term used to describe the different ways in which students are exposed to research content, activity and impact. The approach provides them with high level learning experiences and develops critical thinking skills.
The College has produced a report to showcase the added value of research-informed teaching. This report contains core case studies that outline how research, consulted and conducted, shapes high level thinking and enhances students’ learning.
