Study USA applications are OPEN!
Thank you to Mary Carson from Study USA, our student Joshua Higgins who has just returned from spending a year at Hanover College in Indiana and our Associate lecturer Emma Donnelly who is a Study USA Alum.
St Mary’s students are invited to apply to part of the cohort of 50-60 students from Northern Ireland to participate in the Study USA programme and spend a full academic year at a US college or university.

DfE Widening Participation in HE Consultation

St Mary's was pleased to host the Widening Participation Forum engagement event with the Department for the Economy NI Minister Dr Caoimhe Archibald MLA encouraging everyone to respond to the consultation on a refreshed approach to widening participation in higher education.
Stormont Visit
February 9, 2026
International students from St Mary’s visited Stormont for an educational tour, where they received a briefing from the Education Office, explored the building, and observed the Assembly chambers. They were accompanied by visiting academic Professor Nataliia Tikhonova and Professor Gerard McCann.
