The PG Cert Enabling Educational Skills Development comprises two modules chosen from a menu of options for the development of leadership skills in education.
Through Skill Up, St Mary’s University College has sought to address the need among qualified teachers in Northern Ireland for career development in a range of leadership areas where Teacher Professional Learning (TPL) has been limited in recent years.
