2024 Annual Blackboard Awards

The annual Blackboard awards were held at Riddel Hall on Friday 1st March, where the audience heard about the transformative power education can have on children, and the profound impact a great teacher can have on a child’s life.

Twenty-eight teachers were recognised at the Blackboard Awards for their standout commitment to excellence in education.

Dr Séan Mac Corraidh, senior lecturer in IM teacher education at St Mary’s University College, presented the award for the teacher in an Irish Medium School who made the greatest community impact. The award was made to Coláiste Feirste teacher Ciarán Ó Dochartaigh.
