Education Development in Ukraine
Together with five university partners from Ukraine, Poland and the USA, the College has entered into a consortium agreement to formally establish the ‘Education Development in Ukraine – in War and Peace’ (EDUWAP) project. The project aims to assist educational professionals and institutions in Ukraine in areas such as conflict related child trauma, psychosocial support for teachers and students, research on resilience and recovery, virtual lectures, and veteran reintegration back into the education system. The project’s operational hub is based in Lesya Ukrainka University, Lutsk, Ukraine (www.vnu.edu.au.uk) . Velentyna Kuzmin, Vice-Consul General of Ukraine to Kraków (pictured), complemented the College on its long-standing working relationship with Ukrainian universities.
