The GRADAIM awards
Rinne Uachtarán Choláiste Ollscoile Naomh Muire, an tOllamh Peter Finn, comhghairdeas le foireann an Áisaonaid i ndiaidh do Ghlór na nGael trí bhonn óir a bhronnadh orthu mar chuid de dhuaiseanna GRADAIM Gnó na bliana seo. Déantar na gradaim seo a bhronnadh ar ghnólachtaí fud fad na hÉireann i gcatagóirí na Seirbhíse trí mheán na Gaeilge, na Comharthaíochta agus na Brandála/na Margaíochta. Is é an Bonn Óir an gradam is airde is féidir a bhaint amach.
Déanann an tÁisaonad áiseanna foghlama Gaeloideachais a fhorbairt agus a chur chun cinn agus cuireann ar fáil oiliúint do Ghaelscoileanna agus scoileanna Gaeltachta ar fud na tíre.
Is ionann na duaiseanna GRADAIM agus aitheantas náisiúnta d’eagrais a chuireann chun cinn úsáid na Gaeilge ina gcuid oibre ar bhonn laethúil. Léiríonn sé seo don phobal i gcoitinne ardchaighdeán na seirbhíse trí mheán na Gaeilge ar féidir a bheith ag súil leis.
St Mary’s University College Principal, Professor Peter Finn, congratulated members of the Áisaonad team of staff on receiving three Gold medals in this year’s Glór na nGael GRADAIM Business Awards. The awards are presented to businesses across Ireland in the categories of Service through Irish, Signage, and Branding/Marketing. The Gold medal represents the highest distinction which can be attained.
An tÁisaonad develops and promotes Irish-medium learning resources and provides training for Irish-medium schools throughout the country.
The GRADAIM awards offer national recognition for organisations that champion the use of Irish in their day-to-day operations. They demonstrate to the wider community the high standard of Irish-language service it can expect.
