Launch of Catholic Ethos and Values
St Mary’s University College hosted the launch of the revised “Catholic Ethos and Values: A Framework for Self-Reflection”, organised by the Down and Connor Catholic Schools’ Support Service (CSSS).
This significant event brought together diocesan representatives, school leaders and educational partners to reflect on ethos, values and vision within Catholic education. Hosting this launch at St Mary’s underscores the College’s distinctive mission and our ongoing commitment to supporting the Catholic Schools community, promoting collaboration and outreach rooted in service and faith.

Student Gaelic Games Bursaries

St Mary’s University College hosted the 2026 Ulster GAA Student Bursary Awards in Belfast, celebrating over 60 third‑level students recognised for promoting the ethos and values of Gaelic Games. Officials Brian McAvoy and Michael Geoghegan presented bursaries to awardees from across Ulster, including several standout St Mary’s students honoured for their commitment both on and off the field.

DfE Widening Participation in HE Consultation
